We partner with a diverse clientele of private equity investors, developers, and fund managers across the U.S. and Europe.We are hiring a skilled Accountant specializing in bookkeeping and management accounting to support our U.S.-based clients. This role requires someone who is confident managing client communication and delivering accurate, timely accounting outputs.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online / Desktop and Zoho Books, understands U.S. accounting fundamentals, and can independently manage multiple client files.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books in QuickBooks (QBO / QBD) and Zoho BooksManage and post journal entries, accruals, amortization, and fixed assetsPerform bank, credit card, loan, merchant, and intercompany reconciliationsMaintain the general ledger and chart of accounts per industry normsProcess accounts payable, receivables, and assist with payroll postingsPrepare monthly / quarterly financial reports : Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs ActualPerform variance analysis and prepare KPI / management dashboardsMaintain and update cash flow forecasts and budget modelsRequirementsCPA License Preferred (Active or In-Progress acceptable)Proven experience with U.S. GAAP, ASC standards, tax compliance workflows, and audit supportExperience working within or managing a CPA firm, advisory practice, or finance outsourcing environmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–4+ years experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, or management accountingHands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online / Desktop) and Zoho BooksStrong month-end close, reconciliation, and reporting experienceWhy Join Us?Work with a high-caliber team on international clientsPermanent, full-time remote position.Opportunity to support capital raising and high-value investment strategies.Location : Remote Working Hours : Must be available during US EST Time Zone Employment Type : Full-Time Industry : CPA Firm / Real EstateReady to apply?Click the "Easy Apply" button or send your resume to [hr_desk@offshoreminds.com].
