Our client is is a global provider of integrated rig products and services, specializing in the inspection, repair, maintenance, and modernization of drilling rigs and related equipment.
We are looking for an experienced Country Manager – India to lead and oversee all commercial, operational, and strategic activities within the country. This leadership role will drive business growth, manage cross-functional teams, strengthen key customer relationships, and ensure full compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
The Country Manager will work closely with regional leadership teams and technical specialists to align India-level operations with broader organisational objectives. This position plays a pivotal role in accelerating business expansion and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of all business operations within the country, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and performance standards.
- Lead business development initiatives within India and other agreed territories to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop and execute market-specific strategies based on thorough industry research and local market dynamics.
- Set, manage, and exceed strategic sales targets and performance goals.
- Manage in-country teams and ad-hoc personnel, including performance monitoring, training coordination, compliance, and customer engagement.
- Uphold and implement consistent brand presence and messaging across the region.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present required operational and commercial reports (daily, weekly, quarterly, annual).
- Represent the organisation with professionalism in all external and internal engagements.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely completion aligned with role competencies.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas sector , preferably with exposure to both commercial and technical environments.Skills & Experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.Strong business acumen supported by a proven track record in leadership, sales, and operations.Excellent prioritisation, multitasking, and organisational abilities.Solid background in technical sales and oilfield technologies.Familiarity with operational procedures and business processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.About Us :
