Take care of customer Relation, Customer Feedback, influencer marketing, And be part of the fast-paced startup growth while playing a vital role as part of the core team.

Requirements

• Brilliant communicator & negotiator with high proficiency in English
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities like distributors, wholesalers, and innovative channels like organic and cultural stores, educational institutes, corporate gifting, daycares, board game cafes, wedding planners are amongst the few avenues.
• Take care of Customer Relation, customer feedback, Affiliated sales, Influencer collab, surveys, RWA & exhibition kiosk sales.
• Willingness to travel, host game nights, speed puzzling events and might be work on some weekends (will be compensated by day off during the week)
• Build & maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Converting customer feedback into marketing strategy along with the core team
