Human Resources Executive

Job descriptionMaintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave tracking, and monthly HR reports. Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, confirmations, and other HR documents. Plan team-building activities, celebrations, and engagement initiatives. Help strengthen Story Digital’s work culture and internal communication. Support in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee well-being. Assist in performance review cycles and feedback processes. Ensure adherence to company policies and suggest improvements where needed. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and skill-building activities. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1– 2 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist (agency background preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of HR tools, recruitment platforms, and MS Office / Google Workspace.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Plan and execute seamless onboarding and orientation of new employees.
