Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage the cutover strategy, plan, and detailed runbooks;
Lead mock cutovers, dry runs, and go-live rehearsals;
Coordinate across functional, technical, and business teams to identify cutover tasks and dependencies;
Establish and manage a cutover command center during go-live;
Track cutover readiness, escalate risks, and ensure mitigation plans are in place;
Ensure data migration, system validation, and business continuity are aligned with go-live timelines;
Collaborate with project managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment;
Provide post-cutover support and stabilization planning.

Required Skills

The role requires 10+ years of experience , with deep understanding of Greenfield deployment strategies, proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure, strong grasp of SAP modules (especially Finance), data migration, and system integration, excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills, familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools.

Deep knowledge of SAP systems and processes;

Ability to develop and implement effective cutover strategies;

Strong leadership and project management skills;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools;

Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager is a plus.
