Cisco Networking Adoption Specialist

This role is for a Cisco Networking Adoption Specialist to lead post-sales adoption and ensure clients maximize the value of their Cisco Networking solutions. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with strong communication skills, capable of creating success plans, leading workshops, and acting as a vital link between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard & Guide : Lead clients through the onboarding and adoption of Cisco Catalyst Center, Meraki Dashboard, and SD-WAN solutions .
• Tailored Success Plans : Create and drive technical adoption plans that align with enterprise network goals and Cisco best practices.
• Run Adoption Workshops : Conduct highly technical, customer-facing sessions and documentation walkthroughs.
• Collaboration with Success Teams : Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities and ensure customers realize value from their investment.
• Voice of the Customer : Gather and escalate product feedback to internal teams to ensure product evolution meets real-world demands.
• Feature Utilization Tracking : Monitor customer usage trends and proactively assist with feature discovery and use-case expansion.
