What You’ll Do
- Own and lead Zolo’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ,
- Build and scale Zolo’s online brand voice through content, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Plan and execute content calendars, trending campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with design, video, and community teams to ensure consistent brand identity.
- Track analytics, boost performance through paid campaigns, and optimize content strategy.
- Stay on top of trends, memes, and youth culture to keep Zolo’s digital presence fresh and engaging.
What We’re Looking For
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.MBA / PG in Marketing / Communications preferred but not mandatory.Skills & Experience :
3–6 years of experience managing social media for youth-first, lifestyle, or digital-first brands.Proven ability to grow and manage large social handles (Instagram, YouTube, ).Strong copywriting, scripting, and creative storytelling skills.Working knowledge of paid ads, campaign optimization, and analytics.Team leadership experience with designers, video editors, or content interns.Traits :
Creative thinker with a pulse on youth and Gen Z trends.Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Collaborative, organized, and proactive in execution.Why Join Us?
