Job Summary
MNRU is seeking a highly skilled Manager – Tele-Calling to lead and oversee tele-calling operations for student outreach, admissions support, and marketing campaigns. The role requires excellent communication, team leadership, and proven experience in managing large-scale tele-calling activities in reputed universities or organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise tele-calling teams for admissions and marketing campaigns.
- Develop scripts and communication strategies for effective student engagement.
- Monitor daily call performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Train and mentor tele-calling executives to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams to align tele-calling with institutional goals.
- Track, analyze, and report tele-calling performance metrics.
