Technical Lead - Node.js / React.js

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality delivery.
• Architect robust, maintainable, and secure applications tailored for airline / travel operations.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including microservices architecture, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in the airline and travel domain.
