Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at DropX Logistics in Sullurpetta .The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of logistics professionals, optimising supply chain processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience Working in an Amazon Last mile station is a Big Plus
• Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
