We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Executive Assistant to Director cum Sales Coordinator

to join a dynamic and growing organization. The ideal candidate will have years of experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to handling complex administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage calendars, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and logistics for the MD.

Handle emails, phone calls, and queries, filtering urgent correspondence and taking appropriate action.

Arrange travel, including flights, cars, and hotel bookings, for both local and international trips.

Coordinate meetings, briefings, and engagements for the MD.

Prepare accurate records of meetings, minutes, and correspondence.

Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions, and conferences.

Ensure all logistics related to MD’s official and personal tasks are handled efficiently.

Collaborate with internal departments and summarize data for the MD.

Maintain the MD’s stationery supply, catalog of books / magazines, and other office resources.

Additional Responsibilities :

Attend and contribute to exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.

Handle administrative and personal errands as assigned by the MD.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

MBA in Marketing.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality.

Must be located within 10 or 20 km from the corporate office in Ahmedabad.

Must own a 2-wheeler for travel to office and events.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
