Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Job Description

'Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing IAM in AWS Public Cloud
Strong knowledge of AWS IAM services : roles, policies, permission sets, service control policies (SCPs), etc.
Experience with RBAC and ABAC implementation in cloud environments
Proficiency in automating IAM using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
Familiarity with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and multi-account governance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to evaluate and recommend IAM best practices for new AWS services'

' IAM Architecture & Automation

Architect and automate AWS IAM roles, policies, and permission boundaries

Define and implement role strategies using RBAC and ABAC models

Manage lifecycle of IAM entities across multi-account AWS environments

Maintain infrastructure-as-code for IAM using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

Governance & Certification

Analyze new AWS services for IAM integration and provide recommendations

Document safe implementation guidelines for application teams consuming AWS services

Support the Identity & Access Management team within the Technology Risk & Information Security organization

Work closely with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to ensure secure access patterns

Quickly understand internal IAM deployments and provide actionable guidance

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
