Job Description / Responsibilities :
- To be a friend to all; most of all to our customers, and be the first interface
- Identifying clients&apos needs and requirements, Profiling and Segregating the Service Requests, thereby moving them forward in the Sales Pipeline
- Follows up on all leads in a timely and effective manner
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with other cross-functional teams in the business and ensure a smooth transition of Projects during different phases
