Anchor / Video Presenter – Hawk Constructions and Developers

Role Overview

The Anchor will serve as the face and voice of Hawk Constructions and Developers in all marketing videos, social media reels, and project presentations. The role demands dynamic communication, on-camera confidence, and the ability to turn real estate content into compelling visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Present company projects in Instagram-style reels and video content in an engaging, professional manner.
• Script and deliver clear, persuasive dialogue for promotional and educational content related to real estate developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing and video production teams to conceptualize content ideas and themes.
• Host property walkthroughs, client testimonial videos, and launch event coverages.
• Represent the brand with confidence and poise in both live and recorded environments
• Ensure brand consistency and emotional appeal in tone, expression, and visual presence.
• Maintain awareness of trending reel formats, transitions, and engagement styles to keep content fresh and relatable.
