🚀 We’re Hiring — Senior Associate | QA Engineer (Manual + Functional + Performance Testing)

📍 Location : Noida | Gurugram | Bangalore

🏢 5 Days a Week — Full Office Presence Required

⏱️ Immediate to 2 Weeks Joiners Only

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements & user stories to build strong test coverage
  • Create & execute detailed test cases
  • Log and track defects with clear reproduction steps
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve issues
  • Prepare & maintain accurate test data
  • Deliver detailed test reports & insights
  • Conduct regression testing for new enhancements
  • Perform performance testing for system stability
  • Drive continuous quality improvements

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • Manual & functional testing expertise
  • Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
  • Experience in defect lifecycle & test documentation
  • Hands-on performance testing
  • Requirement analysis & traceability
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills

    • ⭐ Good-to-Have Skills

  • Financial services domain experience
  • Testing experience in data projects
