Job description3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails Proficiency in ERB templating , HTML , CSS , and responsive design Strong command of JavaScript , with experience in jQuery and React Solid experience with PostgreSQL , including performance tuning and complex queries Familiarity with Git / GitHub workflows and CI / CD processes Working knowledge of AI tools / APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face) and how they can be integrated into web apps Ability to write well-tested, well-documented code Experience with background job processing (Sidekiq, Resque) Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployment Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies Interest in prompt engineering or ML / AI applications

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Ruby on Rails and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance product functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and enhance robust web applications. Your expertise in JavaScript (jQuery & React) , PostgreSQL , and GitHub workflows will be crucial to driving product development forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and ERB templates
- Build and enhance front-end components using JavaScript , jQuery , and React
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
- Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and efficient queries
- Collaborate with team members via GitHub , managing branches, pull requests, and code reviews
- Integrate and experiment with AI tools and APIs to deliver intelligent features
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions
