Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development : Design, develop, and implement BMC Helix applications, custom workflows, and automations based on business requirements.
- Integration : Integrate BMC Helix with enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure smooth data exchange and operational efficiency.
- Customization : Customize modules, workflows, and interfaces within BMC Helix to align with specific organizational needs.
- Technical Support : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMC Helix applications, custom workflows, and automations with minimal business disruption.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate technical documentation including design specs, testing plans, and user manuals.
- Collaboration : Engage with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and deliver solutions.
- Training : Provide training sessions and support to users and IT staff on BMC Helix features and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement : Keep up-to-date with the latest in BMC Helix (especially workflows and automation) and identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancement.
- Support : Respond to and resolve application issues in accordance with SLAs; collaborate with BMC for escalated issue resolution.
