Role purpose :

Build the top of the funnel for academy investments in Mumbai and Pune. Map the market, profile targets, run first pass screens, and support diligence and integration for challenger academies led by former players.

What you will do :

[A] Market Mapping and Sourcing :

• List academies across priority sports in Mumbai and Pune
• Identify targets that fit the SFL thesis
• Reach out to founders and coaches to set first meetings
