End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions
Talent Sourcing and Attraction
Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to attract qualified candidatesBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needsCandidate Relationship Management
Communicate effectively with candidates to provide a positive candidate experienceCoordinate interviews and provide timely feedbackHiring Manager Collaboration
Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and hiring prioritiesAdvise on recruitment strategies and market trendsRecruitment Process Improvement
Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hiresRequirements :
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition SpecialistExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of recruitment processes and best practicesAbility to build relationships with candidates and hiring managersProactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneouslySkills Required
