E-Commerce Executive / Sr. Executive

Position : e-commerce executive / Sr. Executive for Home Décor / Gifting Items Industry : Home Décor / Textile / Fashion / Retail Location : Sidhrawali, Delhi - Jaipur Highway, Gurugram, Delhi NCR Objectives of this role Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies. Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management. Your tasks List products on various e-commerce platforms, manage orders delivery. Analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance. Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings. Required skills and qualifications 3+ years of working experience in various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon. Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimise product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Experience managing platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and / or WooCommerce. Preferred skills and qualifications A bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field. Compensation - 4 LPA to 5 LPA
