▷ Urgent Search! Financial Services Advise (4-8 years). Location : Mumbai (Must)

Deloitte India’s Financial Services Consulting practice is hiring Senior Consultants to work on high-impact transformation programs for leading banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

We are looking for professionals with 4–8 years of experience in financial services consulting (India market preferred) or in leading banks, with strong domain expertise in at least one of the following areas : transaction banking, corporate banking and SME banking (trade finance experience preferred)

The ideal candidate will bring expertise across business strategy, operating model design, digital transformation, process re-engineering, cost optimization etc. The candidate must have demonstrated ability to conduct diagnostic assessments, generate actionable recommendations, and drive client impact.

The candidate must be able to multi-task across project delivery, RFP responses and internal asset building initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

• MBA / advanced degree from a Tier-1 B-school.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience leading workstreams, managing stakeholders, and mentoring juniors.
• Strong working experience of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Proven track record of delivering transformation projects in FS.
• Experience of working on implementation engagements is a plus.
• Comfortable with traveling for client engagements, as required.
