We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (B.Pharm background preferred) to join our growing team and drive business growth through effective communication, relationship management, and strategic client acquisition.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent scientific qualification (Required).
1–4 years of experience in business development / client acquisition , preferably in pharma, medical device, or regulatory consulting sectors.
Excellent communication , negotiation , and convincing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship building and client service.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in presenting to senior professionals.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), MS Office, and LinkedIn outreach.
