About the job : Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with 57 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation, and a solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, scripting, and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using and Selenium.
- Perform manual testing when needed for exploratory, regression, and functional tests.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand features and technical implementations.
- Develop robust test strategies and test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure defects are clearly documented and resolved.
- Participate in code reviews for test scripts and contribute to QA best practices.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
