Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a result-oriented approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Work on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
Promote and explain company products / services effectively to clients.
Conduct client meetings and presentations as per their requirements.
Maintain daily follow-ups and track sales progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Report sales performance and client feedback to management.

Qualification & Skills :

Minimum Graduate (any stream).

1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or BFSI sector preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Result-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
