Video Producer

Role Overview :

The Video Producer will be responsible for end-to-end video production and project oversight for US-based accounts, working during

night shifts. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and global clients to deliver high-quality video content that aligns

with business and creative objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in video production techniques, excellent

communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full lifecycle of video production—from ideation, planning, and execution to final delivery
• Collaborate with creative teams, editors, motion designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality outputs
• Liaise with global clients to understand project requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with expectations
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget parameters
• Contribute to continuous process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency
• Prepare regular reports, conduct analysis, and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements to support operational needs
