Job Summary :
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, develop, and implement solutions across various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, BCM, TPRM). The role involves hands-on development, system integration, client consulting, and support of ITIL-based processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations
Customize modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
Work closely with clients, BAs, architects, and tech teams
Ensure system performance and adherence to project timelines
Follow Agile / SCRUM methodologies and ITIL practices
Create technical documentation, test cases, and reports
Skills Required :
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, AJAX, Jelly, PERL)
Knowledge of CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem Management
Experience in HRSD, BCM, and TPRM modules
