We are seeking a dedicated Customer Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM systems and both inbound and outbound customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls and log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Make outbound calls to customers as required for follow-ups or service updates.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update case statuses in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification.2–4 years of experience in customer service, call center, or CRM-based roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.Skills Required
