Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Mumbai / Thane / Pune. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Proficiency in Performance Management, Training, and Development
• Familiarity with HR Technology, Systems, and Record Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
• Experience in team leadership or roles with managerial responsibilities is advantageous
• Ready to travel between centers in Mumbai
