As we expand, we’re looking for energetic and persuasive Customer Service Representative to join our growing team

and help bring new users and consultants onto the platform.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Conbun, you will play a crucial role in driving platform growth by reaching out

to potential clients and consultants, explaining our services, resolving queries, and encouraging

sign-ups or bookings. Your communication skills and confidence will directly impact user

engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or consultants from the provided database
• Explain Conbun’s platform, services, and benefits clearly and professionally
• Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups effectively
• Encourage consultants to register on the “Conbun Biz” app and complete verification
• Assist users in booking consultations or understanding service categories
• Maintain call logs, follow-up status, and feedback in CRM tools
• Achieve daily / weekly call targets and conversion KPIs
• Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams when needed.
