Edge Ops Engineer

Job Description

• Perform live migration of Edge nodes during planned maintenance activities.
• Configure and manage logging, metrics, and alerting for store clusters.
• Deploy and manage secrets for new markets .
• Provide lab support functions previously handled by Google PSO team.
• Monitor and maintain store cluster health in Google Cloud Console.
• Create and manage Service Cafe incidents for operational issues.
• Triage and process change requests for production environments.
• Apply maintenance windows to store clusters in Google Console.
• Respond to and resolve Robin Master synchronization issues .
• Act on configured alerts in Google Console.
• Maintain and update runbooks for Edge events .
