Job description

Manage set of programs for short refit or normal refit of submarines with assigned PMO.

Prepare the program using the Naval group India program management policy with the PMO

Scope validation, WBS, cost breakdown, change management, Purchase requirements, assessment of R&O, QAP, information systems requirement, definition of milestones based on the program type etc.

Coordinate with internal (design, technical, quality, purchase, logistics) and external stakeholders (IN, Shipyards, Suppliers) for program execution.

Carry out re-forecasting actions for the schedule(s) based on the feedback from customer or change in the scope.

Monitor the physical progress and the cost to completion of program execution.

Analyze and propose actions to reduce deviations with reference to the deviations Identify risks (technical and others) and mitigate the same.

With the PMO team, prepare and present program reviews for program team and management.
