Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top-tier talent, conducting candidate assessments, collaborating with recruitment agencies, and facilitating the hiring process through Zyvka's AI-powered platform.

Role & Responsibilities :

JD Review and Understanding :

  • Collaborate with the client to finalize job descriptions (JD) and ensure they are uploaded to the Zyvka portal.
  • Analyze and comprehend the JD and accompanying one-pager detailing the client’s company and business.
  • Candidate Sourcing :

  • Source top-of-funnel candidates for our clients by resume screening.
  • Use creative, out-of-the-box innovative strategies to attract quality talent
  • Focus deeply on sourcing candidates through networking, complex internet searches, research, name generation, talent mapping, etc.
  • Use your proficiency with internet sourcing tools, including boolean and deep web searches, to uncover top talent
  • Use your experience and understanding of the market to classify market trends and share competitive / market intelligence with required stake holders.
  • Data Management :

  • Upload all resumes gathered onto the Zyvka portal for tracking and updating Zyvka database.
  • Maintain an updated and organized database of candidate records.
  • Reporting and Collaboration :

  • Share daily and weekly reports with stakeholders, including updates on sourcing funnels, candidate quality, and pending feedback.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with hiring goals.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must have 3+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably in recruitment agencies or consulting firms.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing platforms like , Naukri, TimesJobs, and similar tools.
  • Excellent research skills and a knack for identifying the right talent for niche roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics, with a focus on improving shortlisting and hiring percentages.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
