About the Role :

As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving sales and forging impactful partnerships. Your mission : to introduce businesses to our AI Caller System and showcase how it saves time, boosts efficiency, and transforms customer service.

This role is perfect for self-starters with a passion for technology, a consultative approach to selling, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships. We provide access to advanced tools, support a collaborative environment to help you succeed.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target high-potential business opportunities in diverse industries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers to close deals.
  • Leverage a consultative sales approach to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Present and promote the AI Caller System , highlighting its ability to solve critical business challenges.
  • Strategically manage your sales pipeline to exceed performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product features with market demands.
  • Report on key sales metrics and continuously refine strategies for success.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development roles.
  • Background in marketing services or SaaS is highly preferred.

  • Compensation :

  • Base + Commission : 20K INR (Base) + Commission starts from 10K INR for each sales.
