Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and administrationDevelop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and increase profitabilityMonitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide appropriate solutionsLead and motivate a team of branch staff, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure high levels of employee engagementEnsure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and proceduresCollaborate with other departments to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunitiesRepresent the bank in the local community and participate in networking events to promote the bank&aposs brand and servicesQualifications
