Franchisee Development Manager

Location : Hyderabad Immediate Joining

JAWED HABIB HAIR AND BEAUTY LTD - India's largest and most renowned hair and beauty salon chain, with over 1000 + operational salons nationwide. With a strong presence of 175 salons across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, we are now poised for aggressive expansion, aiming to open 50+ new outlets in the region over the next 36 months. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Franchise Sales Professional to lead this growth journey.

Role : Franchisee Development Manager

Minimum 3+ years of experience in franchise development or B2B sales

Demonstrated success in closing high-value franchise deals ( 30-60 lakhs)

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities

Background in salon, fitness, F&B, or premium / luxury sectors preferred

Familiarity with franchisee models will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, pitch, and onboard new franchise partners on a monthly basis

Oversee end-to-end launch processes including branding, location finalisation, and legal coordination

Represent Jawed Habib at expos, industry events, and business meetings

Actively contribute to scaling India's most iconic salon franchise
