Role Overview
We are looking for a
detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Accountant
to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance across direct and indirect taxes. This role is suited for individuals who are eager to grow in a structured finance environment with strong fundamentals in accounting and taxation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including :
Journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Vendor payments and customer invoicing
Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of :
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations)
TDS
payments, returns (Form 26Q, 27Q), and certificate issuance
Income Tax
provisions, advance tax, and other applicable financial compliances
Assist in preparation of :
Monthly MIS reports
Audit schedules and statutory audit support
Cash flow statements and financial analysis as required
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes
Coordinate with external consultants (CAs, auditors, etc.) on compliance and filing matters
Qualifications
Education : B.Com (mandatory)
CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA (preferred)
Experience :
0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance
Internship experience in a CA firm or finance function is an added advantage
