Behind every smooth food operation is impeccable organization and a streamlined material flow. At Hunger Inc., we are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Admin to be the backbone of our operational execution, flow visibility, and accountability at our Central Kitchen in Worli.
In this critical role, you will be the central figure for tracking production, managing material transfers, and driving F&B cost optimization across our various brands. You will achieve this primarily by leveraging our transaction and production recording system.
Production Monitoring: Track and report on central kitchen production metrics daily.
Material Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile all material level transfers between the Central Kitchen and all brand restaurants to ensure 100% accuracy.
Operational Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator between the Central Kitchen team and brand restaurant operations to ensure seamless material flow.
Cost Analysis: Proactively analyze consumption data to identify variances and implement measures to minimize F&B costs across all brands.
Audit Support: Support the F&B Controller with ad-hoc reporting and regular physical inventory audits at the Worli facility.
Industry Experience: 2–4 years in the F&B industry, with a focus on kitchen operations or back-of-house administration.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables) for data management.
Software Savvy: Prior experience or a quick learning curve with F&B ERP systems.
Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of F&B cost principles and the ability to interpret consumption data.
Communication: Clear and professional communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in maintaining records and identifying discrepancies.
