Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced TV & OOH Planner to lead our television and out-of-home (OOH) media planning and execution. This role will involve managing overall media budgets, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, and driving data-driven strategies to deliver optimal results. The candidate should have a strong background in media agency environments, with experience leading small teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Media Strategy & Planning
o Lead the planning and execution of TV and OOH campaigns for key clients.
o Develop annual and campaign-specific media strategies that align with client objectives and budgets.
Client Management
o Act as the primary point of contact for all client conversations on TV, OOH planning and overall media Budgets.
o Provide insights, recommendations, and performance updates to build strong client relationships.
Budget Management
o Manage and optimize allocated media budgets to maximize ROI.
o Track and report spends with accuracy and transparency.
o Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 members, ensuring quality outputs and timely deliverables.
o Provide training and guidance to upskill team members in media planning best practices.
Performance & Reporting
o Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights for optimization.
o Prepare and present regular performance reports for internal and client reviews.
o Work closely with buying, analytics, and creative teams to ensure holistic media solutions.
