Educohire is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development / Sales to join our Recruitment Marketing & Branding team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Ed-Tech Sales within the educational sector.

As a Business Development, you will play a crucial role in organizing and generating leads.

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the sales and business development team to identify new opportunities, engage with potential clients, and support outreach efforts. This role is highly field-based, requiring travel to meet prospects, attend events, and gather market insights. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management while contributing to real business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends.
  • Assist in lead generation and prospecting through cold calls, emails, and field visits.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community engagements.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing pitches, and following up with leads.
  • Gather competitor and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with marketing to align field efforts with digital campaigns.
  • Provide weekly reports on progress, challenges, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Graduate.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Should be able to work in corporate hours between 9-5 for at least 4-5 hours with dedication.
  • Be a team player and report to Team Leader on daily basis.
  • Be available to work for 3 months at least.
