Job description
  • Lead the UI / UX Design function , overseeing strategy, execution, and quality across all digital products and experiences.
  • Create and drive a design vision aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent and intuitive user experiences.
  • Manage and mentor a team of UI / UX designers , promoting a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Analyze existing user workflows , identify pain points, and optimize design processes for better usability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to align design solutions with user and business needs.
  • Define and maintain design standards, systems, and UI / UX best practices across all platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate relevant innovations into the team's work.
  • Track and report on design performance metrics ; use insights to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
