Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ML models and pipelines for large-scale retail applications.

Leverage LLMs to enhance personalization, search, and recommendation systems.

Work with GitHub Copilot, Vibe Coding, and Claude to accelerate model experimentation and automation.

Deploy and fine-tune AI applications using Open WebUI and other open-source frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Backend Engineers, and Product Managers.

Drive technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices in model versioning, testing, and deployment

Required Skills

8+ years of total experience and minimum 5 years in Machine Learning / AI engineering roles.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Proficiency in using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding tools (Vibe Coding, Claude).

Experience with Open WebUI or similar AI model orchestration tools.

Solid understanding of MLOps, model evaluation, and deployment pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
