About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Lead with strong expertise in React.js and SQL Server to join our team in Visakhapatnam.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable applications, leading teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and React.js.
  • Work with SQL Server databases schema design, optimization, queries, and stored procedures.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to the development team.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimization.
  • Manage end-to-end project deliverables and ensure timely releases.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 812 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Proficiency in React.js and front-end development (JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server database design and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, micro services, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with performance tuning and application scalability.

    • Education :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    • We are seeking candidates who can join immediately and work from our Visakhapatnam office.
