Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager for the Agency channel at Ageas Federal Life Insurance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to drive sales and meet targets. They will work closely with agents to develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and provide guidance to enhance productivity. Additionally, the Sales Manager will foster relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience in recruitment, coaching, and managing a team of sales agents effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and execution to drive business objectives.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and use data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of handling a high-paced professional environment.
