This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging learning experience for employees — from training logistics to program evaluation.Key Responsibilities : - Coordinate end-to-end training programs — plan, organize, and administer training sessions.- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and completion data within the Learning Management System (LMS).- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.- Provide administrative and logistical support for trainees and onboarding programs.- Assist with new hire orientation and induction sessions.- Collect and analyze feedback and survey data to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.Location & Experience : - Experience : 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination- Mode : Face-to-Face Interview- Venue : People Prime Worldwide Pvt.
