Job descriptionMaintain accurate product listings with descriptions, images & certifications. Coordinate with marketing for SEO-optimized content. Ensure high-quality customer experience across platforms. Manage forecasting, invoicing, order processing & logistics coordination. Handle customer queries, feedback & online ratings. Ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Build and execute social media & paid marketing strategies. Oversee media buying on Google, Meta, Amazon & Flipkart. Optimize funnels, run A / B tests, improve CTR & reduce CAC. Lead content creation and campaign execution. Monitor performance and adjust strategies. Track sales performance, marketplace analytics & customer behavior. Share periodic performance reports. Identify growth opportunities across channels. Ensure content compliance with guidelines. Collaborate with operations, tech & accounts teams.

🔸 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ E-Commerce Sales & Channel Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across website, WhatsApp commerce, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, etc.
- Monitor listings, pricing, stock levels & warehouse coordination.
- Drive revenue targets through product positioning & promotions.
- Identify and explore new sales channels.
2️⃣ Product Listing & Content Management
3️⃣ Demand Generation, Order Processing & Customer Support
4️⃣ Digital Marketing & Promotion
5️⃣ Data Analysis & Reporting
6️⃣ Compliance & Coordination
