Audiovisual Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AV / VC Support Engineer to manage and maintain audio-visual and video conferencing systems across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and event spaces. The role involves troubleshooting, setup, maintenance, and providing high-quality support during critical business meetings and events.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) systems across offices.

Handle setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of meeting room AV / VC equipment.

Provide end-to-end support during Townhalls, All-Hands, and Leadership meetings, ensuring smooth operation of audio, video, and projector systems.

Log and follow up on hardware / software issues with OEM vendors.

Maintain inventory and warranty tracking for AV / VC equipment.

Proactively alert management about expiring warranties / AMCs and suggest renewals.

Ensure timely setup and smooth functioning of systems like amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and displays.

Deliver high-quality customer service with a positive and professional attitude.

Required Skills

Experience in handling and supporting :

Samsung displays, videowalls, LED 4K screens, and digital boards

Biamp audio systems and Evoko meeting schedulers

Poly and Aver video conferencing systems (including MTR setups)

Magic Info software for display content management

Amplifiers, handheld / collar microphones, and digital boards (Samsung / Microsoft)
