About the Role :
We are seeking a Marketing individual who can translate complex financial concepts into compelling narratives that drive brand engagement. You will be responsible for crafting impactful storytelling, leading brand campaigns, and driving content-led marketing initiatives for life insurance and financial services. . You will work at the intersection of marketing, content, and digital strategy , ensuring a strong brand presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand-building campaigns that position the company as a thought leader in life insurance and healthcare investments.
- Define brand messaging, tone, and storytelling approach to enhance audience engagement.
- Create and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns , integrating social media, digital, and offline initiatives.
Content & Digital Strategy
Develop high-quality blogs, video scripts, podcasts, and educational content that simplify life insurance concepts.Lead content-driven digital engagement strategies , including carousels, reels, and interactive campaigns.Manage content for the website.Customer Engagement & Community Building
Drive customer-centric campaigns , such as referral initiatives like "Badhiye with Buddy," to boost participation.Develop social media engagement strategies , incorporating Zomato-style witty notifications and Hinglish narratives.Work with design and UX teams to enhance the digital experience through storytelling.Legal & Compliance Coordination
Ensure all marketing content and campaigns adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to secure approvals for marketing materials.Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting life insurance and financial services marketing.Stakeholder & Agency Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and UI / UX designers , to ensure content alignment.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors , ensuring high-quality content execution.Performance & Optimization
Analyze content performance and marketing campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights.Continuously optimize content strategies based on audience engagement and business impact.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the financial services marketing space.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field .5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or digital marketing , preferably in the BFSI sectorProven expertise in developing and executing brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.Experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships, and multi-stakeholder collaboration .Knowledge of SEO, content marketing trends, and digital engagement strategies .Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to measure campaign performance and drive data-driven decisions.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes in financial services marketing .
