Total Experience Range : 5- 10 years

Mode of Interview : ONLINE

• Technical competency Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, Custom Spokes, and REST APIs.
• Build reusable custom Integration Hub spokes for internal and third-party system connectivity.
• Develop and maintain custom widgets using AngularJS and ServiceNow APIs to extend portal functionality.
• Integrate portal components with backend workflows, notifications, and reporting dashboards.
• Optimize portal performance by minimizing load times, reducing API calls, and streamlining data retrieval.
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, client-side & server-side, Glide API).
• Collaborate with platform architects, analysts, and product owners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring strategies for robust and reliable integrations.
• Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
• ServiceNow certification CSA is mandatory.
• ServiceNow certifications CAD / CIS-ITSM are a plus.
