We’re seeking an Associate Data Scientist with strong expertise in Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to drive impactful marketing analytics projects.

What You’ll Do :
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects : problem framing, modeling, insights, and recommendations.
- Build and validate models for MMM, MTA, forecasting, segmentation, and response scoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable analytics solutions.
- Present insights to non-technical audiences and support data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable analytics frameworks.
What We’re Looking For :
4–6 years in applied data science, marketing analytics, or consulting.Hands-on experience with MMM and / or MTA.Strong Python / R skills and experience with ML / statistical modelling.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, CS, Applied Math, Economics, or related).Nice-to-Have :
Exposure to Bayesian modeling, causal inference, optimization, or NLP.Experience with cloud platforms and production ML workflows.Familiarity with digital marketing analytics (paid media, SEO, search).
