Location : India (Full Remote — must be able to coordinate with USA EST time)

Employment Type : Full-time (3-month probation period with potential full-time offer)

Compensation : ₹8,000 / month (3-month probation), then ₹15,000 / month full-time.

Education : Any; applicants with the right skills will be considered

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Web Developer with expertise in WordPress, PHP, Node.js, and API integrations . The ideal candidate will focus on improving website performance, driving SEO and content strategies, and integrating digital marketing tools to maximize traffic and conversions.

We welcome candidates with or without prior professional experience — as long as you have the required skills, a passion for self-learning, and the responsibility to take ownership of your work. Attitude, eagerness to learn, and consistency matter more than experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize website performance and loading speed across devices.
• Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress, PHP, Node.js, and APIs .
• Implement SEO strategies to increase search rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage and publish engaging blog content aligned with SEO best practices.
• Track, analyze, and report website performance using Google Analytics .
• Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, content optimization, and FB Ads .
• Utilize AI-powered tools and strategies for content, analytics, and campaign efficiency.
